Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Totam charges a standard delivery fee of R99 to areas close to city centres and R109 to outer lying areas. Orders over R700 qualify for free delivery nationwide. Orders are generally delivered within 3 - 5 business days, location dependent.

Returns can be made within 10 working days of delivery. In order for to return, all items must be returned in:

Not washed
On return, we will provide you with a voucher that has a 12 month expiry from the date of issue.

Take note: Totam will not be held responsible for any lost items returned in the post, these items must be tracked by the customer. Totam will not cover the cost of shipping the item back, nor be liable for parcels lost in transit.

4. Once we have received your item and all is in order, we will email a store voucher that will allow you to purchase your items again upon availability.

In the case that the product is defective or we have delivered the incorrect package, we will cover the cost of delivery.
Exchanges can be made within 10 working days of delivery to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
The Process
1. Please email world@totam.co.za with your name, and the reason for your exchange.
2. Once we receive your email, please arrange delivery of your original product. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund you with a store voucher.
