Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made within 10 working days of delivery. In order for to return, all items must be returned in:

Perfect condition

Unworn - with tag
-
Not washed
-
No Scent
On return, we will provide you with a voucher that has a 12 month expiry from the date of issue.

1. Please email world@totam.co.za with your name, order number & product description
2. Once we respond, YOU need to ship to the allocated address.

Take note: Totam will not be held responsible for any lost items returned in the post, these items must be tracked by the customer. Totam will not cover the cost of shipping the item back, nor be liable for parcels lost in transit.

3. We will allow for a drop off if you are Durban based
4. Once we have received your item and all is in order, we will email a coupon that will allow you to purchase your items again upon availability. The coupon will not deduct off shipping. You will be charged a re-shipping fee.

Exchanges can be made within 10 working days of delivery to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
The Process
1. Please email world@totam.co.za with your name, and the reason for your exchange.
2. Once we receive your email, we will arrange collection and replace your item/refund you if we are unable to replace it.
